Helping Animals in Our Local Community
We are thrilled to support Austin Pets Alive! this quarter through a donation to their animal enrichment program and a kennel sponsorship. The animal enrichment program enhances the living conditions for 240 dogs each day while the kennel sponsorship will support more than a dozen dogs in the coming year.
Summer Meals for Kids
This quarter we have chosen to sponsor Central Texas Food Bank’s Summer Meals that Matter campaign. This program provides children from low income households adequate nutrition during the Summer months when they don’t have access to free and reduced-price lunches at school.
Reading for All
The Aptitude team chose to donate to these great organizations in the Austin area, who work to get reading materials to those in need.
Giving Families Battling a Cancer Diagnosis
Our donation this quarter went to Tony Foundation, who supports families affected by cancer. Specifically, those whose primary income earners in their most productive years have been diagnosed with cancer and are unable to continue employment.
Supporting Youth Break Cycles of Homelessness
Our donation went to Lifeworks whose mission is to support youth experiencing homelessness through housing, education and counseling.
